Submission Policy:
Please only send us query
letters.
Email and snail mail queries for screenplays and treatments should consist of a
compelling and businesslike letter giving us a brief overview of your story, the
audience for which it is intended--and a one-sentence pitch. Be sure to include
your return address, and a telephone number with your letter and SASE.
Include relevant background on yourself in your query letter. Relevant
information includes previous publication or production.
Allow three to four weeks for a response on initial queries.
Allow 8-10 weeks for a response on all material submitted.
We recommend that you register screenplays and treatments with the Writers Guild
of America before submitting your query for them.
Screenplays submitted without a completed and signed 777 Submission Form will
not be read.
Screenplays will not be returned.
Do not send any attachments by email. Because of viruses, attached files will
not be opened under any circumstances.
